Charlotte L. Brown is publisher of the Christian-based business 31 Woman LLC and an editor of Jo Magazine. Charlotte has served on various committees and is a member of the Dayton African American Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, Charlotte loves to spend quality time with her family and hosting spa parties for BeautiControl and Heaven Essence as a skin care consultant. Through her journey as a business owner, Charlotte found her ministry in the literary world. She debuted in Vanessa Miller’s Anthology Have a Little Faith as a contributing writer. She is currently writing her first novel, When the Power Goes Out.
LaTonya M. Branham is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She is the author and editor of CultureSeek (1st and 2nd edition) and Spirit Seek (2007). She is also a contributing writer to Chicken Soup for the Soul: Devotional Stories for Women (2009). LaTonya earned a Master of Arts degree from Antioch University McGregor and a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilberforce University. She is a founding member of the Soul of the Pen literary group. LaTonya is the founder and CEO of the Reader 2 Leader Foundation. She serves as a college administrator and adjunct professor of multicultural education. LaTonya and her husband currently serve in community outreach (First Fruits) and youth ministries.
